High in the mountains of the Great Northwest the sun sets over snow-capped peaks, and stars fill the heavens… And on certain special nights the enchanting Northern Lights dance across the sky, their colors flowing like a river overhead.
There is an ethereal quality to them – they may appear as distinct bands of color for a time, next melting into different shades. Sometimes they shimmer or flicker like a candle flame. They may be opaque or translucent seemingly at their whim.

With these visions in mind, we set out to explore how different colors can be used in candles to recreate the beauty of the Northern Lights. After much experimentation, we discovered a unique method to infuse our candles with colors to reflect what we had seen.
***With the Northern Lights instructional video, we teach you the specific techniques of how they are made. Each candle will have its own unique qualities depending on the colors and scents you choose. No two candles will ever be identical with this process. This is the main reason why we enjoy making these candles.
With these techniques you have unlimited possibilities. You can make candles that are similar and/or consistent in their characteristics, but each will be a Hand-Made Original of yours.
